Refund Policy

We provide Money Back Guarantee Policy if we are unable to deliver services as committed to you.

To be eligible for a refund, you must write to us before provision of the service to you. You can easily write to us stating your grievance on support@filecrat.com . Our grievance department will get into the matter and if it finds non-catering of services on the part of Filecrat, we will gladly refund your payment within 7 working days.

No refund will be issued if Filecrat.com processed the services registration/application as per the government guidelines and registration is pending or rejected on part of a government department or officials or any other relevant authority.

A sum of Rs 500 (Five hundred rupees only) will be deducted as the administrative/ processing charges if service unable to process due to non-submission of requisite documents as per government guidelines or any kind of non-cooperation from applicant or any other circumstances which restricting us to process the application.

In case of any government fee, duty, challan or any other sum paid in the course of processing your registration application, we are not liable to refund such government fee paid in the course of delivering the service. Please note that no government fee shall be deducted until Government challan or any other payment proof is provided to you.

No refund shall be issued if you have already availed any complimentary service or discount offer which was attached to the paid service for which you are seeking a refund, such as one-day ad banner publication, software subscription, etc.

No refund shall be possible at any stage with respect to any subscription-based service such as GST Return packages or Company annual compliance packages, if the same service is partially processed or delivered.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@filecrat.com .

If you want to change the service you opted for, for a different one, you must request this change of service within 5 days from the date of your placing the order.

We do not guarantee the results or outcome of your particular application to a government authority. For instance, the government may reject a copyright application for legal reasons beyond the control of Filecrat. In some cases, a government backlog or problems with the government platforms (e.g. MCA website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website, etc.) can lead to long unwanted delay before your application is processed. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee and are not eligible for a refund.

Filecrat shall not be considered in breach of any of its policies or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations/services by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar events beyond our anticipation (foreseen or unforeseen) or control.
